1. Who we are and acceptance
These terms govern the purchase and use of all digital products sold by Coronel Digital LLC ("we"), under each product's brand (such as Tea Charm Studio or KLARO), with address at 1057 NW 136th Ave, Miami, FL 33182, USA. By completing a purchase you accept these terms, the refund policy and the privacy policy. You must be an adult to buy.
2. Products
All our products are digital. The content, format, price and guarantee of each product are described on its sales page before payment and in section 04. We do not ship physical products.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD); a local-currency amount may be shown for reference, and the checkout shows the final amount before payment. All payments are one-time. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Fees your bank charges for international purchases or currency conversion are outside our control. The charge appears on your card statement as CORONEL DIGITAL LLC.
4. Optional add-ons after purchase
After a purchase we may show you optional add-on products. Each one shows its name, content and price, and is only charged if you click the button to accept it. Accepting charges the same payment method you just used, as a separate one-time payment. If you decline an add-on, we may offer the same product once at 50% off. Add-ons have the same 30-day guarantee as the main product.
5. Delivery
Access is sent by email immediately after payment is confirmed, as described in section 05. You are responsible for entering a correct email address; if you make a mistake, contact us and we will fix it.
6. License
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product. You may use what you learn (for example, to make and sell your own charms), but you may not resell, share, publish, copy or distribute the materials, in whole or in part, without our written permission. We may disable access if we detect misuse.
7. Results
Our products are practical and educational. We do not guarantee income, earnings or any other results: results depend on each person, their effort, their prices, local demand and the rules where they live. Any income figures on our sales pages are worked examples, not promises. Nothing we sell is financial, accounting, legal or professional advice.
8. Food safety
Products that teach food recipes include hygiene, storage and allergen guidance. If you sell homemade food, you are responsible for checking and following your local regulations.
9. Refunds and chargebacks
Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in section 06. If you see a charge you don't recognize or have any problem with your purchase, please contact us first: we can solve it faster than your bank. If a chargeback is opened on a legitimate, delivered purchase, we may disable access to the product and provide your bank with evidence of the purchase, the acceptance of these terms and the delivery.
10. Intellectual property
The texts, templates, designs and brands of our products and of this site belong to Coronel Digital LLC or are used under license, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
12. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in effect on the date it was made.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer in your country.

2. What we collect
- Data you give us: name, email, phone and country, when you buy or contact us.
- Purchase data: products, amounts, dates and payment status.
- Payment data: collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser and pages visited, through cookies and measurement tools.
3. How we use it
- To deliver your products and send your receipts.
- To answer your questions and refund requests.
- To prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
- To send you information about our products, unless you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure and improve our ads and websites.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the providers we need to operate: Stripe (payments), Impultienda (store, checkout and delivery), our email provider, Hostinger (website hosting) and advertising and measurement tools such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may also share it when the law requires it or to defend ourselves in a payment dispute.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data in the United States and other countries. We work with providers that apply appropriate security measures.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as you have a relationship with us and, after that, for as long as accounting, tax or fraud-prevention laws require.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, receive a copy or withdraw your consent. Email contacto@coroneldigitalllc.com and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use our own and third-party cookies, such as the Meta pixel, so that our sites work and to measure our ads. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.
9. Security
Our sites use encrypted connections (HTTPS), payments are processed on Stripe's infrastructure, and access to data is restricted to those who need it to serve you.
10. Minors
Our products are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date above. Important changes will also be announced on this page.
